Are you living the same day over and over again?

Do you get up at the same time every morning? Get the kids up, pack the lunches, get them on the bus, do the dishes, vacuum, pick up the same toys over and over and over again?

Do you say the same things …. “Pick that up”, “Stop fighting”, “No you can’t have that”, “Stop biting the dog” ..over and over and over again?

One of the toughest things about being a Mom is that as soon as you think the work is done, it begins again. The house never STAYS clean, the kids never STAY clean, the dishes never STAY clean. The sameness can be exhausting.

But …. In the midst of this, there are little nuggets of pure joy as your child moves to a new level of maturity or discovers something for the first time. There are times of laughter and hugs and kisses, times of pride as you discover new talents in your children.

Being a Mom is the toughest job in the world and the most rewarding, so to celebrate all the Moms here is one of my favorite Mom videos.
