Way to go Megan! Talk about showing up the big boys, this Mom of two tiny tots is shaking up TwitterLand with her super fun site. This is what creator Megan Calhoun had to say…
“This site is 15 days old. Head is spinning. Started as a place to help moms on twitter find each other. Now gets a new member every 10 minutes. Who knew?
“Who Knew” is right. Who knew that there would be so many Moms out there hungry for a place to meet-up with other Moms on Twitter. And “Who Knew” that in only 15 days the little site that started with a small idea would become the darling of the Internet.
One thing “I Knew” from the moment I clicked on the link and entered Twitter Mom, this is a friendly place. The site is laid out to be inviting and continues to give you opportunities to share. You feel safe and invited. This is a place to discover new friendships and to meet with old friends.
Megan has even provided a place for “Shameless Promotion” and gives us a chance to talk about our own online projects.
The only thing negative that I can say is “I wish I had thought of Twitter Moms first”.
